A stir-fry seasoned with miso!

Hi!
How is it going?
Please be careful not to catch a cold.:)
Today, I will introduce to you "a stir-fry of beef and pumpkin seasoned with sesame and miso!"
Okay now, I'll show you the ingredients.
Serves 2
Cutted off beef---150g
Pumpkin---200g
Spring onion---1
Sesame oil---1 tbsp
Ground white sesame---1 tbsp
Crazy salt---suitable quantity (You can use normal salt and pepper.)
(A)Miso(soybean paste)---2 tbsps
(A)Sake---1 tbsp
(A)Sugar---2 teaspoons
(A)Soy sauce---1 teaspoon
1. If the beef is too big, cut it into bite-size pieces. Add Crazy salt and mix them up.
2. Remove the seeds and the parts which we can't eat from the pumpkin, and cut it into thin quarter-rounds.
3. Cut the spring onion into thin little pieces like the picture above shows.
4. Mix (A) up.
The preliminaries are finished!
5. Heat one half of tbsp of sesame oil in the pan and fry pumpkins over a moderate fire. When the oil spreaded over the pumpkins, cook them over a low flame. Put the lid on the pan, and mingle them sometimes. 5 to 6 minutes later, take them out.
Here is the point!
Make sure that you cooked the pumpkins well-done. If they are still hard, you need to fry them more.
6. Heat one half of tbsp of sesame oil again, and cook the beef in the pan.
7. Add the spring onions into the pan when the color of beef changed. And fry and mix them up.
8. After that, add the pumpkins into the pan. Add (A) and ground white sesame, and mix them up.
Completion!
This dish was so good because the pumpkins went with miso.
I love pumpkin, and I recommend this dish to those who love pumpkin!
It was tasty!:D
I learned that the pumpkin is too hard to cut, so I have to be careful.
I also learned that it is difficult and takes time to cook the pumpkin well-done, so I have to cook the pumpkin until it becomes soft.
