Oyster sauce again!

Hello!:D
This time I will introduce to you a recipe which I tried.
The recipe's name is... "a stir-fry made of beef and asparagus with oyster sauce!"
Now, let's see the ingredients.
Serves 2
Sliced beef---200g
Asparagus---3
Spring onion---1
Oyster sauce---1 tbsp
Starch---one half of tbsp
Sesame oil---proper amount
(A)Crazy salt---suitable quantity (You can use normal salt and pepper.)
(B)Soy sauce---2 teaspoons
(B)Sake---1 teaspoon
(B)Pepper---proper quantity
1. Cut beef into bite-size pieces, and add (A) and starch.
2. Cut asparaguses and a spring onion into chunks like the picture above shows.
The preliminary is finished!
3. Heat the sesame oil in the pan. Add the spring onions into the pan, and fry them over a moderate fire until they smell sweet.
4. Add beef and fry them over high flame.
5. When the color of beef is almost changed, add asparaguses and fry them.
When the color of asparaguses become vividly, add oyster sauce and (B), and fry and mix them up.
Completion!
It was very good!:D
I recommend this dish to those who love beef because the compatibility with oyster sauce and beef is so nice!
I learned that the asparagus is pretty hard, so I have to fry them well.
I also learned that the beef will be tough if I fry them too much, so I should be careful about the adjustment of the fire.
If you like this recipe, please try to make it.:)
See you again!
