3. Add mayonnaise, Crazy salt, and No.2 into the beaten egg. And mix them up.
4. Heat the sesame oil in the pan. Then, pour No.3 into the pan and mix them.
5. When it becomes soft-boiled, sprinkle cheese on it. Put the lid on the pan, and melt cheese by retained heat.
Completion!
The egg went with the cheese, and it was tasty!
I think this dish can't be a side dish, but it's good to eat for breakfast.:D
I learned that the egg will be hard-boiled soon, so I should be careful about that.
I learned that it is difficult to make the egg fluffy.
If you like this recipe, please try to make it.
This dish is easy and simple, but it's delicious!
See you!

A stir-fry dish with oyster sauce!

Hello!
This time I will introduce to you "a stir-fry dish made of salmon, spinach, and spring onion with oyster sauce."
Then, let's see the ingredients.
Serves 4
Raw salmon---4 pieces of raw salmon
Starch---1 tbsp

1. Cook the raw salmons in the microwave oven for about two minutes. This is the point! By cooking the raw salmons in the microwave oven, it will be easy to peel the skins of the salmons and cut into bite-side pieces.
2. After cuting into bite-size pieces, sprinkle (A) and dust starch on the salmons.
3. Cut the spring onion into little pieces like the picture above shows.
4. Cut the spinach into 4 to 5cm long.

7. Add the salmons into the pan. Then, add the oyster sauce and (B), and mix them up.
Completion!
The oyster sauce goes with salmons, and it is delicious!
This dish is very good for those who care about calories because the ingredients are fish and vegetables. I mean that they are so healthy!
I learned that when I cook the spinach, there is no worry because spinach will be small soon.
Also, I learned that the timing which I add the spinach to the pan is the time when spring onions smell sweet.
If you like this recipe, please try to make it!
See you again!
